A rich and powerful contralto, when Pamela Bluford brings her anointed melodies to gospel arenas throughout the country, listeners can’t help but say, Hallelujah! Perhaps you've joined in praise with Pamela during her performances on the Bobby Jones Gospel Explosion television broadcast. Maybe you were aboard the Festival at Sea Island Cruise sponsored by Blueworld Travel where Pamela performed along with Gerald Levert, Rachelle Ferrell, Vesta and Gerald Alston of the Manhattan's. After her first year of taking gospel to the high sea, Pamela was invited back the next year to orchestrate the 100 voice gospel choir on the nationally acclaimed Festival at Sea seven island cruise with 2,000 travelers. Pamela has performed the national anthem for National Basketball Association's Golden State Warriors and also for the

San Francisco Giants, events attended by tens of thousands annually. Whether you've seen her perform or heard her across the airwaves, Pamela Bluford praises the Lord through song with two CD's titled "The Name of Jesus" and "Joy In My Heart."

Pamela received God's anointing early in life and at the age of sixteen was one of the youngest members of the Northern California 1^st Jurisdiction State Choir. She helped to establish an outreach program to underprivileged youth at her father's church in San Francisco that has touched countless souls through the word of God.

The 1999 recipient of Recording Artist of the Year at the Bay Area Gospel Academy Awards, Pamela is said to have one of the most unique voices in gospel music today. She has shared the stage with many renown gospel artists such as: Shirley Caesar, Yolanda Adams, The Walter Hawkins Mass Choir, Rance Allen, The Five Blind Boys, Reverend Daryl Coley and Helen Baylor, just to name a few.

"Joy In My Heart", Pamela’s latest CD on the Garland Label invites you to seek Jesus protection in "Come By". Gospel favorite "He's Real" reminds us that Jesus is real in our lives and "God Bless the World" seeks the Lord’s blessings for all creatures throughout the world.

The quality of "Joy In My Heart" is by no accident. Pamela Bluford teamed up with Face to Face Productions, owned by Fred Hammonds formerly with the nationally acclaimed gospel group Commissioned and Ace One Production, owned by Anthony Yates, formerly with MCA records on this latest release.

Recently, Pamela celebrated releasing her Christmas CD ' "Oh Come All Ye Faithful." This was her first Christmas CD and was available at stores everywhere. It Featured Pamela doing a special rendition of "Silent Night" with her cousins and "Oh Come All Ye Faithful."

Also, Pamela recently shared the stage with the Hawkins Family (Edwin, Walter, Tramaine) at the internationally known YOSHI’s in Jack London Square, Oakland, CA. It has been said that to witness a concert by Pamela Bluford, is to be touched. When Pamela sing there is excitement over and over.
